Tis mornings trip to Funk's Bakery was very impressive as the smells of freshly baked goods hit us as we walked in a huge display of freshly baked goods were calling us to buy them and take them away! Ken Funk owner and head baker gave us a grand tour of his bakery showing us a huge dough mixer that could mix 300 pounds of dough at a time!

An oven that bakes hundreds of loaves of bread as well as a rack oven that you could walk in were huge. Doughnut and cake decorating were impeccable as well as how clean the shop was! So hungry now!
